Client Manager 

  • Review monthly financial statements completed by staff accountants
  • Send staff accountants re-work notes as needed along with training
  • Deliver financials to clients along with meaningful feedback
  • Review payroll reports, sales tax and other projects
  • Tax Planning for small businesses
  • Prepare business and individual tax returns
  • Mentor and guide staff accountants
  • Handle new monthly accounts as assigned
  • 3+ yrs public accounting experience
  • Degree in accounting, CPA or EA is not mandatory, but is a PLUS

Staff Accountant 

  • Ensure clean, accurate books
  • Code transactions in QuickBooks
  • Reconcile Bank Accounts
  • Prepare monthly financials,
  • Process payroll and payroll tax reports.
  • File sales tax returns
  • 1 year+ experience in accounting
